1) Excessive heat on hair:
Hair dryer and hair straightener too much affected to your hair. Excessive heat damage your hair. Comes from the sun, UV-A and UV-B affects our body, causes various types of allergies. Avoid daily basis of blowing the dryer or straighteners. It's a good for style but make it sure don't make habit. Mind it. Don't wash your hair with hot water. Always use fresh or mix hot & cool water.
2)Stress: Very much stress produces prevently hair fall & hair damage. Much stress produces increaaing level of Cortisol, which affects your hair from back to grey. At late night sleeping, Too much use of social media, Emotional causes, excessive workload, tension for board or college examination. Be start meditation & yoga. Do it regularly & then see the effections in your body. Do Cardio atleast 3-4 days. It's high your blood circulation, refresh your mind & feel better than before.

4)Too many harsh chemicals: In this era the shampoos are best for short time shine but damage when you long term use. Because, it's contain too many harsh chemicals, which effect your hair very badly. Shampoo like Vatika, Amla, Dove etc. contains fragrance, Paraben, Sodium lauryl sulaphate. So, when you buy the shampoo must be check its ingredients. Don't waste your money in such of this shampoo, which affect your hair.
5)No oiling: This is the most effective problem today's teenager, younger periods. Mostly guy not using oil in hair. When you not oiling your hair, Scalp decareses it's pH level and start hairloss. It's causes a fungus which name Malassezia. Not produce Vitamin-E in your hair and causes excessive hair damage. So, do oiling in your hair with circular massage before bath 3-4 minutes. For dry hair weekly oiling 3-4 days and for oily hair oiling must be 1-2 days.

1)Body massage: Body massage is best way to increases your blood circulation level. Helps to flow more oxygen supply on your blood vessels. Many people do it wrong way- i)When you massage on neck the path follow towards downwards your heart ii)Massage on leg from down to up. Massage daily or weekly 3-4 times & see the best results.
2)Body nourishment: A simple process can you do it. I also follow this process. Take 1-1½ tsp. of coconut oil. This oil contain potassium that's is must effective to body. It's improves your sodium-potassium channel in blood. Put 1 tsp. Aloevera gel(best cooling nourishing clay), 1 tsp. of honey(a effective antioxidants), 1 tsp. of lemon juice.(Vitamin C and citric acid that present in it glow your skin) Mix it well & no lump in this. Apply it on hair for 20-30 minutes. Wash it off with freshwater. This way, you easily nourishes, dandruff free & fastly growth of your hair at home.
3) Lifestyle: As a healthy persons lifestyle, shampoo in 1-2 days in a week and after shampoo using conditioner. Don't shower in hot water. A natural good conditioner is Curd. It's best all conditioner. Curd nourishes & moisturized your hair than any others. Comb your hair slowly. It's not a style. Combing in your hair increases your blood circulation level in vessels. Much too not touch your hair. Because, the fingertips contains many bacterial germs. It's transferred in hair and affected. Always loose to tie hair. Too tie in your hair a big problem on blood circulation. This might be an issue. Mind it.
4)Balyam: It is a Ayurvedic yoga and very helpfull to prevent the hair fall. About a centuries ago, yoga defines how well fit your body. The word means (Bal+Vayam) is hair massage or exercise of hair. Just rub your nails together for 5-10 minutes. Daily with empty stomach do it. In this exercise, Nails connected to our head & improves the blood circulation. Do it regularly.
5)Proper nutrition: If you not take proper nutrition, then obviously damage your body skin & lose hair tendency. Because body don't so much look after the hair. From Single and double triple this way hairfall start & baldness come very easily. Now this era's fastfoods, soft drinks are too much affected our digestion system. Should be control it. Don't make it habit. Protein is very essential for our daily life. Protein contains amino acid. It's help to stronger the scalp from hairroot. Pulses, dairy products(Panner, milk, cheez), soya chunks, chicken breast, fish and eggs these all are rich of protein source. Also include cashew, peanut butter or peanut, ground but. Because, it's contain a high level of Omega-3 fatty acid. Green leafy vegetable, Amla, lemons, oats, millets are highly effective. It's contain a rich of antioxidant values. Always vision on healthy food & make proper diet.
