9) Butter milk or Chaas: It's a very nutritious drink. After taking your meal/dinner/ breakfast can't live or stay without water. Take a grinder, put some coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, 1 small bowl of curd, a pinch of asafoetida (Hing), rock salt, black salt & add water. Blend it. Poured into a glass. 1-½ tsp. cowghee hit over the flame & takes a few cumin seeds, curry leaves in it. Let them splatter. Then put over the glass & enjoyed. 6) Sugarcane juice: Do you like sweeter drink or dessert, then this specially for you. A best authentic taste of this drink & also very healthy. It's help you to prevent detoxes your body, lack of calcium, iron, phosphorus,antioxidants present in it & it helps toincrases your build power of your immune system. 5) Carrot milk: It's a traditional dinnk in our Indian country now a days. In biology says, carrot contains a lack of fibre& micronutrients, no fats and no cholesterol contains, 52 kcal energy you found in a full a normal size carrot. Firstly, grated 1 medium size carrot. Put the falme on low. A little bit of water added in it. Now added the carrot. When carrots are half boiled, add 200 ml milk. Let it boiled for a minute. 4)Honey lemon water: Are you looking for tasty, yummy, dinks then try it. Take 200 ml of water, 1 full lemon juice & 1 tsp. Of honey added in it. Mix it well by a spoon. Sip it slowly & gets maximum benefit. 3)Mango fruit juice: Mango is all-time favourite in summer. This time very popular in india because, it's the season of summer. Children to old mango is always favourite to their. In the market, frooti,Maza etc contains artificial sweeteners. So, I suggest you to make it at home & enjoy. On a pan take 1 cup of ripe chopped mango, ½ cup of chopped raw mango, ½ cup of sugar, 2 cup of water. Stir well in flame at low. Boil 9-10 minutes. Cooked well & drained off. Let's it cool & grind it. Consistency like a smooth paste. Now, drive the paste and discard the residue. This paste whisk & mix by hand blender. Make a smooth texture. Added water 3-4 cup. Mix well by laddle. When thick consistency come out off the falme & put it in refrigerator for 2 hours. Then, chilled juice take it out, put it in glass. Ready to serve & enjoy the real mango juice.
2) Ragi malt: In biology says, ragi malt promotes weightless,reduces your insulin level & controls the diabatrs, lower the fat cholesterol level, battles with anameia, relax and refreshing your body & glowing your skin. Millet has high nutritional & therapeutic value. It's play a very good role at childhood asthma.3-4 tsp. ragiflour added in water & make a paste. On a flame low put a pan on gas. Added 1 cup of water, pinch of rock salt, then added those ragipaste. Boil 2-3 minutes & let it cool aside. Put the flame off. Then it's poured into a glass. Put 1tsp. Of curd at about 50g.A rich content of vitamin D, rich in fibre & calcium Ragimalt recipe is ready. Serve it.
1) Black grape juice: It is another sweet drinks. Grapes helps you to reduces the chronic disease, flushes the cancer cells, reduces the case of heart attack & protection again sunburned. So let's start the recipe. First, 2 cups of black grapes added in pan.The flame is at low. Add 1 cup of water. Boiled & stirred continuously. After, also boil for 5 minutes. Mashes the grapes. Now, the time for cooling this. Filtering it & extract the juice from seed. Squeezing well. ¼the cup of sugar with grape juice put in an. Boil for another 2 minutes. Mix well. 1 lemon juice added over it. Cool completely. Transfer on a glass or a jar. Serve it & enjoy.
