1) Peanut Pappad: This recipe is so easy and almost no cooking. Firstly 1-2 chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped cucumber, handful peanuts, 40-50g. Paneer, Pinch of rock salt, 1 tsp. Chat masala, 3-4 drops lemon juice (to taste) added in a pot. Mix well and thoroughly. Now heat on the gas flame. Pappad roast on Tawa at low flame for both side. Evenly put the chaat over the papad what simply put as a side. Your peanut papad is ready.
2) Chaana-aloo chaat: Soak chickpeas in night before you go to sleep. Boil chickpeas and potato together in a pot. Don't peel of the potato skin because peel contain a rich source of protein and fibre. Take 150g. chickpeas boiled in a bowl. 1 medium boiled potato, 1tbsp. curd, 1 tsp. Tomato ketchup, rock salt to taste, ½tsp. back paper and 5-6 drop lemon juice added in it. Mix well and it's ready. This is one of my favourite dish.
3) Mix vegetable pulao: Put 1 tbsp. Mustard oil in a pot, gas on low flame. Add 1 tsp. Cumin seeds. Let them splutter. Now add your favourite vegetable as you like. I add chopped Capsicum, Greenpeace. Saute for 2-3 minutes, 1-2 slit green chillies, 1 tsp. Grated Ginger, ½ tsp. Turmeric powder, ½tsp. coriander powder, chopped tomato and 50g. paneer in it. Star well for a minute. Pinch of rock salt to be added. Now add ½ cup semi brown rice along with water. Cooked on low flame for 20 minutes. Your supertasty recipe is ready.
4) Soya pakoda: Soya is high source of protein. Take 40-50g. Soya chunks in a bowl. Allowing the hot water soaking and also, add 1tsp. rock salt into it. Set aside. Now, 3 tbsp. Gram flour take in a pan. Add water to make it a batter. Rock salt to taste it, ¼tsp. turmeric powder added in it. Set aside for 10 minutes. Let's go back soya chunks, drain of the excess water. Add soya chunks into the batter and coated well. Put a Pan on high flame and allowing musterd oil to Shallow fry. Once oil is heated, turn the flame on low. Pu chunks in the pan and cook all side. Put flame off and your healthy soya chunks is ready.
5) Oatmeal: On low flame, put a pan on gas. Now add 1 glass cow milk. Put the gas off. Add 50g. rolled oats add mixed it well. Let it cool down. Add 1 ripe banana cut into pieces, 1tsp. Honey, 4 nos. pitted dates. Super easy, tasty oatmeal recipe is ready.
6) Lauki raita: Raita is a great source of protein. 100g. Bottle gourd grated. Now put a pen over high flame and water to boil Lauki. Grated bottle gourd added in it. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Put flame off. Drain the excess water from bottle guard. In a pot added 200-250g. curd, rinsed bottle guard, ½tsp. Rock salt, ½ black paper, 1 tsp. Cumin seeds in a pan and roasted dry. At the roasted cumin seeds over it. Lauki raita is ready and serve with spoon.
7) Bason-bread toast: My another all time favourite super dish. Just a mouth watering dish it is. Super delicious and easy tasty recipe let's check. Take 90-100g. Gram flour in a pot. Add ½tsp. cuminseeds, ¼tsp. Turmeric powder, Pinch of rock salt, ½tsp. Grated Ginger, some coriander leaves, ½ chopped onion and little water added to make it thick batter. Now the time for added chopped carrot, tomato, Capsicum. Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes. Place pan over low flame. Slice Atta bread coated both side in mixture. Put 1 tsp. Butter in it. Add coated atta bread slice in pan. Cook evenly both side. Take over on a pan and serve it.
8) Dal bhel: When you feeling very hungry and not mood to cooking food then you try this recipe. A quick and filling meal option. In a bowl, take 1 cup puffed rice, chaana Dal, 1 handful peanuts, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped cucumber, Pinch of rock salt, ½tsp. Black pepper, ½ tsp. Chat masala, some coriander leaves and 5-6 drops lemon juice sprinkled over it. That's all your recipe is ready. Enjoy with 1 glass of chaas. It's a super tasty and yummy recipe.
9) Sweet rice: Put a pan over a low flame. Add 1tsp. cow ghee, 2 nos. Cardamom, bay leaf and 1 tsp. fennel seeds. Add 100g. Semi brown rice along with water in the pan. Cook on medium-low flame for 13-15 minutes. Take over in a bowl and add 1-2tbsp. cow ghee over it. It's enhances the taste. Also, add 1 tbsp. Jaggery powder to taste better. Mix well and your recipe ready. Believe me e it's taste like a temples Prasad.
10) Bread masala: This is my favourite dish. Let's check the recipe. Take 4 pieces Atta bread and cut into many small pieces. Hit on the gas, put 1 cube butter into the pan, 1 green chilli, 1-2 chopped onion added in it. Saute for 10-20 minutes. Put chopped carrot cabbage capsicum A Pinch of rock salt added in it. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Added the chopped tomato in it. Stir well and let it get soft. 1tsp. Pav bhaji masala and 1tsp. of tomato ketchup added in it. Now the time for add sliced atta bread into it. Mix thoroughly. Some coriander leaves added over it. Your healthy recipe is ready. Now the time for enjoy the taste of food.
